Folks,

WA2XMN, Armstrong FM, 42.8 MC, will be on the air this Friday, 13 April 
2018, from the Armstrong tower in Alpine, NJ.  We expect to start about 
noon, and continue into the evening.  You can post reception reports 
here, or email them to wa2xmn at ar88.net <mailto:wa2xmn at ar88.net>.

If you really feel moved,during the broadcast,  try the Bat Phone:  914- 
ALpine 5 -2792.  Please forget this number after the broadcast.  It's 
being borrowed for this special occasion.

Our previous experience is that we have solid coverage out to at least 
50 miles. Our vertically polarized antenna is on the top level of the 
tower, 400 feet above ground, and a total of 932 feet above mean sea 
level.   So gin up an antenna and warm up your radio.
