>From the NWS Pittsburgh:

We are beginning to see guidance of down-sloping winds from Isaias remnants into our lowland zones in Monongalia, West Virginia. This occurs when a stable layer sets up at ridge height level and forces air down on the leeward side of the ridges (in this case the westward side).

While we'll have to put an advisory for the whole zone, it will likely be an area immediately adjacent to the ridges that would feel downslope effects (highlighted in the attached graphic.) Winds of 50 to 60 MPH are possible

Keep in mind, most of the leaves are still on trees, so trees and branches will be more prone to falling down as opposed to these same winds that we see in the wintertime.

Also please be mindful that, depending on conditions, the Appalachia Skywarn Net may be activated. Several local repeaters are part of the Skywarn net including W8CUL on 444.800 MHz, +5 MHz, PL 103.5 Hz
