* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...West Virginia, including the following: Wetzel.

* WHEN...From 5 PM EDT this afternoon through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Total rainfall amounts will likely range from 1.5" to 2" in the next 24 hours; localized higher amounts can't be ruled out.
