➔ What: Steady upslope snow in the ridges will continue through Monday night with additional amounts of 3-8” (locally higher in the highest elevations of Eastern Tucker County). Hourly snowfall rates may peak in the 0.5”-0.75” range this afternoon.

Scattered snow showers continue in the lower elevations with additional amounts of 1-2”
expected. Slick roads expected during the morning commute

Today’s Maximum Wind Gust
Wind gusts are expected to increase into the 25-30 MPH range this afternoon across most
of the region.
➔ In eastern Tucker County (circled), where a Wind Advisory is in effect, a few gusts of
up to 50 MPH are expected on the higher peaks through 3 PM. These winds may
cause blowing and drifting of snow, with very low visibility at times.
