* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches expected. Isolated higher amounts possible along ridgetops. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could become very difficult. The hazardous conditions may impact the Friday evening commute. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
