* WHERE...Portions of North Central West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 9 PM Monday to noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 11 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM Monday to midnight EST Monday Night. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM Monday to noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
