The NWS Pittsburgh has advised us that:

The snow has already started across much of Ohio, North Central West Virginia, and southwestern Pennsylvania. Visibility is rapidly dropping, with expected grassy coating and snowfall on concrete surfaces within the first hour, then the accumulations will build as we go through the day.

As the NWS Pittsburgh has issued a Winter Storm Warning for all of North Central West Virginia, the NC WV Skywarn Net has activated on the W8MWA repeater to receive your snowfall and road condition reports. We will also share updates with you from the NWS as the event continues.

Please check-in and help us keep the NWS, first responders, emergency management and the media informed as we are ground zero for this snow storm.
