We have cancelled the Blizzard Warning and Winter Weather Advisory early in the WV higher terrain with amateur radio and web cams observations indicating snow intensity has diminished.

Jeff Note: A sincere thank you for the snow/ice and road reports that were called into the North Central West Virginia Skywarn Net last night and again this morning. They were extremely helpful and definitely appreciated by both the NWS Pittsburgh and NWS Charleston.
