...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with your vehicle. The latest road conditions can be obtained by calling 51 1.
