...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM WEDNESDAY TO 10 AM EST THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Eastern Preston County.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief lull in the accumulating snow is possible in the afternoon hours before re-intensifying in the evening. However, wind gusts in that lull period will still be in excess of 40 mph and capable of blowing snow on the ground and reducing visibility to a quarter of a mile or less.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
