* WHAT...West winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. Gusts around 55 mph are expected for elevations above 4,000 feet across eastern Tucker county West Virginia.

* WHERE...In West Virginia, Eastern Preston, and Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
