...PATCHY DENSE FOG IN RIVER VALLEYS THIS MORNING...

River valley fog is ongoing across much of North Central West Virginia this morning, with visibilities as low as one-quarter of a mile or less in localized areas.

Motorists should be prepared for rapidly fluctuating and locally poor visibility, especially along area rivers and their tributaries. Visibility will gradually improve as fog lifts by mid-morning.
