* At 806 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 20 miles southwest of Newburg, or 19 miles west of Parsons, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Public reported.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
