The NWS Pittsburgh has specifically asked for our help this evening. Therefore I am sending this email out to all three lists.
They need the help of the local ham radio operators in identifying any flooding that may be occurring in Morgantown this evening. They have several unconfirmed reports of flooding due to the slow moving storm that just went through here.
