This is an announcement for all hams who may take, or know someone preparing to take, a license class examination.

At an ARRL VEC session, VEs must collect an exam session fee, which is typically $15. Additionally, for youth candidates (under 18) under the ARRL VEC program, a reduced exam fee of $5 is collected. VECs and VE teams do not collect the $35 FCC application fee; candidates pay that directly to the FCC, according to ARRL and the FCC.
