* At 428 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from over Washington to 10 miles south of New Martinsville, moving eas at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Morgantown, Fairmont, Westover, Kingwood, Star City, Terra Alta, and Rowlesburg
