* At 139 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 14 miles east of Terra Alta to 8 miles south of Hendricks, or along a line from 14 miles east of Terra Alta to 9 miles south of Parsons, moving east at 70 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and small hail.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
