* WHERE...Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could extensive damage to trees and power lines.
