* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. Blowing snow is possible.
* WHERE...Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
