All of North Central West Virgins has been raised to a Level 2 threat of severe weather for tomorrow afternoon and evening.

Level 2 indicates an increased confidence in severe storms occurring with some storms being severe

This means that it is likely that the North Central West Virginia ARES Skywarn Net will be activated on the W8MWA two-meter repeater on Wednesday afternoon.

From the NWS Pittsburgh:

Good morning, everyone! Hope everyone enjoys what should be a lovely day across North Central West Virginia before things get a bit more turbulent.

I'd recommend starting the day by checking out the latest graphics the are attached ti this email. They tell the weather forecast that we see for Wednesday better than words.

We will post updates through the day as we collaborate with the Storm Prediction Center on how the threats may evolve after evaluating the latest weather model data.
