* WHERE... In West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, and Western Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
