* WHAT...Significant icing. Additional ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.
