There awesome news  items to discuss.  Hasith has come up with a design  for a  universal APRS encoder to attach to a handy-talky, and we have a tentative approach to construction.  Also, summer Field Day is only 6 months away.  We should get our holiday shopping done early.

There will also be a Taco Tuesday atLos Mariachis in University Town Centre  at noon.
