An MWA member pointed out that the predicted weather for next Tuesday was a few days of snow beforehand and a temperature of 0 degrees F on Tuesday.  

I have decided that this is extreme enough to consider postponing the meeting until the last Tuesday in January, one week later.  The predicted temperature for that day is 54 degrees F.  I still hope to conduct VE testing if there are candidates.

If you are a VE and willing to work on that day, please let me know on the reflector or directly at ditzian@gmail.com.  I would like three VEs for that day.
