Based on these responses, I have to say that amateur radio received some terrific public relations tonight! Remember that our reports and the responses from the NWS are shared with all the local media, the first responders and other emergency related response groups.
Also, please keep in mind that from 1 PM Sunday until 7 PM Monday all of North Central West Virginia will be under a Winter Storm Watch. Please monitor the W8MWA repeater during this time.
