This coming Tuesday, December 17, our monthly meeting will be replaced by our  Christmas Dinner.  It will be at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen Restaurant,  2111 University Town Centre Drive, University Town Centre. If you enter from Chaplin Church Road, this restaurant is on the left, about the last restaurant in a group of restaurants.  The big sign says "Cheddar's."  Start time is 6:00 PM.  

As usual, it is BYO$.  There is a planned auction or drawing, and the rest of the time is for Bold Speech among the participants.  It is that time of the year to meet up with old friends and talk about ham radio or whatever.  Usually, this is a fun time.  Non-Christians are also most welcome at this event, which has nothing to do with Christmas.

If you would like to warm up your mouth for the Christmas Dinner, get to University a bit earlier, say around 12 noon, and show up at Taco Tuesday at Los Mariachis Restaurant, about as close to the end of University Town Centre as Cheddar's is to the beginning.
