Light bands of lake-enhanced snow showers will continue on and off today and Tuesday. Little accumulation is expected in North Central West Virginia except for the WV ridges.
The main concern this evening will be the low temperatures. The temperature at 6 PM EST when the Morgantown Christmas parade is scheduled to start will be 28F. Factoring in the wind, the wind chill will feel like 23F.
The temperature will slowly drop to 26F by the end of the parade. Snow is expected to start around 8 PM but again little to no accumulation is expected.
Additional snow chances return Wednesday night through Friday, but will again thr focus will be in the WV ridges.
