From the NWS Pittsburgh with a view towards Morgantown’s Christmas Parade on Monday:

Chilly temperatures and wind chills continue into the new week, but with gradual warming and lessening wind each day. Light snow is possible in the WV ridges today.

Snow is expected on Monday night into Tuesday in Morgantown, WV.but with little to no accumulation  The snow may hold off until the end of the Morgantown Christmas Parade. However, temperatures are expected to remain in the upper to mid 20s.
