At 150 PM EST, areas of heavier snow were located 12 miles east of Waynesburg, moving east at 30 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these areas of heavier snow.

Locations impacted include MorgantowN and Star City

This includes the following highways...

  Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 53.
  Interstate 79 in West Virginia between mile markers 155 and 160.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra time when traveling.
