The NWS Pittsburgh has indicated this morning that the likelihood of severe weather -- primarily damaging winds for Wednesday afternoon is increasing. 

According to the attached graphic Morgantown and Fairmont are on the line between a Level 1 and Level 2 risk of severe weather conditions.
