I have received the early morning NWS projection for tomorrow’s weather. Notice from the attached graphic that most of our area has been changed from a Level 1 to a Level 2 risk for severe thunderstorms. 

Level 2 simply means that the weather service has more confidence that we will see severe storms and a few could be significant. 

An updated report will be sent out by the Pittsburgh NWS later today. I will pass it along. Meanwhile the current report follows below.

The story this morning is the Slight Risk for severe storms tomorrow.The Storm Prediction Center expanded the Slight Risk to just about all of Monongalia and Marion counties. 

We'll have a full updated briefing out later today. Meanwhile,after the morning showers move through, we may stay dry until this evening.
