As I’ve been out on my daily walk this morning, I’ve kept an eye to the west. Although there is sunshine now, clouds appear to be working into the Morgantown area
However, the Pittsburgh NWS seems to be more optimistic. Below is the latest from the Pittsburgh NWS including a helpful graphic. It was current as of 12:22.

“The probability of good viewing conditions areawide but most notably along and west of I-79 appears to be improving. The back edge of the cloud zone is basically at Cambridge, Ohil right now and should reach Morgantown around 2:45 pm. For many other areas, there may be still low clouds but with breaks that could offer views of the eclipse.”
