For those who are interested in viewing the total eclipse, the  NWS in Pittsburgh has provided a preliminary cloud could cover forecast for Monday’s eclipse:

“There is still uncertainty in the cloud cover forecast for the solar eclipse. The most likely forecast in Morgantown, West Virginia is between 50% and 75% cloud cover.”

The NWS will undoubtedly update us as we get closer to a Monday. They have also produced a cloud cover graphic that I will attach to this message.
