Bruce, ZD7VC, is changing his callsign, as of tomorrow, to ZD7ZD.  I do not know why, but I expect to find out. 

I have no idea about his current ability to make QSOs, but I also hope to discover that soon.

In addition, he is finally getting a QSL manager, some guy in Mount Morris, PA.
