On Monday, October 12, at 8:30 PM, local time, we have two nets: a
two-meter simplex SSB net on 144.210 USB; followed at 9:00 PM by our
regular Monday ARES  traffic and training net at 9:00 PM on our club FM
repeater on 145.43 -, PL tone 103.5.  Any ham who has the equipment and can
hear these nets is welcome to join in.

On Tuesday, October 13, we gather at Los Mariachis Restaurant at noon for
Taco Tuesday.  We did not receive this year's Nobel Peace Prize for these
meetings, but the issues discussed are of such great import that we have
high hopes for next year in Oslo, Norway.  I am already shopping for my
tuxedo. I have a Ph.D, but with the help of fellow hams, I am sure that  we
can pile it even higher and deeper.
