[W8MWA] Informational: EF0 Tornado Confirmed in Preston County.

*Since we had wide participation during yesterday's Skywarn event, I am
sharing this information with all local lists. Note that reports from our
Skywarn Net gave the NWS their first indication of storm damage in Preston
County. Well done! The NWS Pittsburgh and Preston Emergency Management
followed up today.*

We have confirmed an EF0 tornado along Wagner Lane in Preston County.
Thanks to Preston County EM for their help with this determination. We'll
begin work on drafting up a PNS shortly with more detailed info.

At 4:31pm on May, 13th, a strong thunderstorm moved across Preston
County and produced one tornado, as confirmed by video footage along
Wagner Lane. There was confirmation of a touchdown. Based on hardwood
tree damage, the maximum estimated wind speed was 80 to 85mph.
