According to the NWS Pittsburgh:
*The snowfall we had yesterday made it the standalone snowiest day on
which the high temperature was 60F or higher since records began in
1948. It was certainly a unique day of weather!*
Following is the Public Information Statement that was sent out this
morning to all the area media, emergency management agencies and first
responders in OH, PA and WV.
Look for a moment at all the reports credited to "amateur radio."
*These reports came from you via the Monongalia ARES Traffic and
Training Net and the Marion Skywarn Net*. Thanks to everyone on
yesterday evening's Nets who provided those snowfall reports.
