...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE… Portions of North Central West Virginia, including
  the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Preston and
  Western Tucker.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Training thunderstorms with heavy rain rates are possible along a
    slow-moving cold front that advances southward through the area
    this evening.
