...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM WEDNESDAY TO 11 AM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 5 to 15 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Portions of North Central West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Wednesday to 11 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero could result
in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. An extended
period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and
gloves.

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero expected. The
coldest wind chills are expected Wednesday and Thursday morning.

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could
cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. An extended
period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go
outside.
