* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 10 and 14
inches.

* WHERE...Portions of North Central West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should
use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
