[W8MWA] Thanks from NWS Pittsburgh

Early this morning the NWS Pittsburgh sent a message asking our Skywarn Net
for snowfall measurements.

You responded via the W8MWA repeater and email. We received snowfall
measurements spanning Marion, Monongalia and Preston Counties. This is good
coverage!

The NWS Pittsburgh is very appreciative of our reports and asked me to pass
their sincere thanks along to you. I am happy to do so!
