* WHERE...Preston and Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston
Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
