[W8MWA] Late notice to those who mill attend Tuesday's MWA meeting

If you have a NanoVNA, please bring it to the meeting.  I will present some
information on how to set up a specific trace.  I will also try to show an
enlarged video of the NanoVNA, but the resolution is terrible.  We will
also discuss how to determine where there may be an impedance in the line.
