[W8MWA] Christmas Parade update and Alzheimer Walk

Couple things:

The date for the Christmas Parade has changed from the last message. The 
date is now December 10, 2025. This is due to a conflict the city had on 
the 3rd. Lineup starts at 4:30 and parade starts at 6:00 PM. We should 
be there around 4:00 but defiantly before lineup starts. I'll have more 
information and list of participants in the parade as we get closer. 
This is a fun event and greatly appreciated by the community and 
organizers. If you can help please let me know or just show up. We'll 
meet in the parking lot on North High St. across from Wesley Church as 
usual. Afterward the is a pizza party planned.

Also this coming Sunday the 19th is the Alzheimer walk. Jim, KC8YUI, is 
handling this event so I hope I'm not overstepping but I want to get the 
word out. If you can help please come to the old Mountaineer Mall on 
Greenbag Road. You should plan to be there around 1:00 in the afternoon. 
We help keep track of walkers and call in any problems we see. It's a 
good exercise and chance for some public service.

Please pass the word. These are NOT club affiliated activities but 
rather a ham activity. All are welcome and invited to both outings.
