[W8MWA] Informational: Morgantown Sets a Record Low Temperature

The low and.the temperature in Suncrest, Morgantown, WV at 07:45 was -7.5F.
(My elevation is Suncrest is higher than downtown Morgantown hence the
slight difference in temperature.)

>From the NWS Pittsburgh:

With the cold weather, Lake Erie is getting more ice coverage (about 60%)
and now is ahead of its historical average.

Morgantown has broken their daily record low temp (-6°F)...old record was
-5°F from 1984.
