[W8MWA] Warning: Road Closures and Black Ice Reported in Preston and Taylor Countirs

US Route 50 is shut down in both directions due to black ice from
Rowlesburg, Preston County, WV to Fellowsville, Taylor County, WV.

Due to black ice Route 92 is shut down in both directions from the US 50
interchange to Newburg, Preston County, WV.

9am: There have been reports of a glaze of ice on some sidewalks and other
elevated surfaces across western PA with more widespread ice covering
surfaces in the WV higher terrain. Please use caution on these surfaces.
Conditions should improve by noon.
