*** We have a *Winter Storm Warning* for Preston and Tucker Counties and
the *Winter Weather Advisory* for Marion and Monongalia Counties. (See
below.) Therefore, the North Central West Virginia Skywarn Net has been
activated in Standby Mode on the W8MWA two-meter repeater.
*Please monitor the repeater as you can throughout the day and evening. The
NWS offices in Pittsburgh and Charleston need our help with snowfall
accumulation reports and road conditions.*

Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
