[W8MWA] Alert: Approaching Heavy Snowfall

It appears the band of heavier snow will set up a tad south from the
current location over the next couple hours as an area of intense snow is
now organizing over the Parkersburg WV area. ThIs would track into
Mon County WV (including Morgantown) by 4-5 pm.
