We are under a Winter Storm Warning from 1900 this evening until 1900 EST
on Monday. The Pittsburgh NWS still expects the storm to produce between
six and nine inches of snowfall.
I will keep you posted on NWS updates throughout the day. Expect the North
Central West Virginia ARES Skywarn Net to activate this evening and
again tomorrow.
Please monitor the W8MWA two meter repeater throughout the day if possible
and especially this evening and tomorrow.
Here is the latest from the NWS Pittsburgh:.
A winter storm will affect North Central West Virginia through Monday. The
latest guidance had indicated a slight northward shift to the heavier snow
tonight and Monday. All watches have been upgraded to winter storm
warnings, with an advisory just to the north of this area
See the attached graphic.
