* WHAT...Freezing rain. Ice accumulations a glaze to around one tenth of an
inch.


* WHERE...Marion, Monongalia, and Western Tucker Counties.


* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Thursday.


* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.

* WHAT...Significant icing. Little or no snow accumulations and ice
accumulations up to three tenths of an inch.


* WHERE...In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.


* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.


* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel
could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Thursday morning commute.
